We refund items if they don’t fit, but unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns and shipping costs are not refundable. If you wish to have your item refunded, send us an email to studio.canty@gmail.com

1. The item(s) can be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order.

2. For the item(s) to be eligible for return, it must be unworn and in perfect condition. The item(s) must not have marks or any sign of being worn. The item(s) sent for return that do not correspond to these criteria may be accepted at our discretion, and may also not be accepted. In case this happens, item(s) may be sent back to the customer.

3. The returns must be previously authorized by myself. Please send an e-mail to studio.canty@gmail.com before shipping your returned items.

4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Studio Canty cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client. Studio Canty recommends the use of the same courier service used to deliver the goods: An Post (within Ireland) and other reliable post services with tracking number (outside of Ireland).

6. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. A Studio Canty product could be held at the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, and unfortunately Studio Canty is unable to offer a refund until the items are safely returned to our office.

7. The postal address for returns will be sent to you when requesting a return.

8. The refund will be made within 15 days upon receipt of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

9. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. When this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online.
